Rushing River

This is just a river that is surrounded by rain forest.

Animals in the area: Parrots, macaws, monkeys, red-tailed hawks, condors, bobcats, bison, elk, rabbit, red foxes, deer, caribou

[Red]

"This is part of the territory. And I heard nothing saying that we HAD to stay in the mountain. Besides, I wouldn't want anyone to hunger." She said to Ryder. "And besides, you came. You'd get in just as much trouble, though I still don't see what's so wrong about going fishing." She said. Suddenly she lashed her jaws down into the water, picking up a fish by it's tail. She tossed it in the air and caught it again in her jaws, killing it with her bite. She then tossed it on the bank next to Seaspray's. "But since you're here, we could use an extra mouth to carry the fish back."

[Seaspray]

Seaspray looked and Ryder and shook his head slowly.We've been caught! He thought. "This is TSP territory, just recently claimed." Seaspray protested. "And we need to feed the pack."

[Ryder]

Ryder sighed he didn’t want the pack to starve and he knew he was gonna get in trouble too so there was no point in arguing with them, so he looked at the both of them and said,” Fine, Whatever I’ll help but can we just do this fast before the Alphess finds out” He looked around just in case, and trotted closer to the water, he looked at them, giving them a blank expression and said,” Um.. How do I do this?”

[Red]

"Um, first lift your face, they can see you." Red smiled. She looked at his paws, which were quite larger then hers. "Can you balance on rocks?" She asked him, hopping onto a quite smaller then the one she and Seaspray were on and crouched down.

[Ryder]

Ryder lifted his head away from the fishes, and walked to a rock, he groaned,” Do I really have to do this?’ he muttered to himself. He sighed and hopped on the rock, he was having quite a bit of trouble at first but manage to balance on the rock slightly. He looked at both Red and Seaspray, and observe what they were going to do next.

[Seaspray]

Seaspray lunged for a trout, but when he saw what was up ahead, he missed and fell into a river. He howled in alarm and fought the current. After arriving at the bank, he shook his pelt and looked up again. There was lava slithering right towards them. "Let's go!" The lead fisher howled, picking up his catch and preparing to run. "Now!!"

[Ryder]

Ryder ears purked up, and looked at the direction Seaspray was panicking about,” Oh great” he thought. Ryder grabbed as many fishes as he could from the ground, and said with a mouthful of fish,” Go Guys I’ll be right behind you!”

[Red]

"Everyone just pick up a fish or two, it'll have to do." She said, grabbing the larger ones and ran as fast as she could. She waited for Rider. "I'll take the back." She said, though it was muffled by the two fish in her mouth.

[Seaspray]

Seaspray fled the river. The lava was creeping closer and closer. "This way!" He howled, his voice muffled by a salmon in his jaws. We're going to get in trouble, he thought.

-Winter Mountain-

[Ryder]

Ryder looked at her and shook his head,' No I'll take the back, I'm guard I have to watch both of you" he said, stepping aside for both of them to go first, he kept glancing back at the lava," GO NOW!"

[Red]

"Hey guys, if we get in trouble with the alphess, it's my fault. Don't you dare, either of you, take the blame." She said, kicking water at the lava, making it bubble and fizz for a few seconds, momentarily making it stop moving. Then she ran as fast as her legs could take her.

-To Winter Mountains-

[Ryder]

Ryder nodded and followed behind the both of them, he was still gripping on to the fishes.

[Lightning]

Light padded over the river. The water was cool and he couldnt see any lava. Dipping his head in the middle of the river he took a drink. Reaching the other side he climbed out and head forther into the territory.

-to main den-

[Willow]

Willow padded into the river she watched as the fish swam by. She looked back waiting for Red.

[Red]

Red skid to a stop next to Willow. "Ready to learn how to fish?" She offered. She looked around, things seemed to be in order now, a few burnt plants and rocks, but otherwise perfectly normal.

[Willow]

Willow nodded,"Lets do it." she laughed. Willow noticed a rock that was good enough for her to use, that was farther in the middle of the river. She stood up and took a few steps back. Half running she stretched out in a jump just making it to the rock. She sat down and waited for Red to demonstrate.

[Red]

Red hopped onto a small rock, crouching but making sure to keep her head high. She stared into the water for a minute, then all of a sudden plummeted down, coming back up with her head wet, but a fish in her jaws.

[Willow]

Willow watched Red and gulped. "okay..." she said slowly trying to replay the images in her mind. She crouched at waited for a fish to come by. When she saw one she flailed out trying to grasp in in her mouth or paws. Falling in she clawed out frantically, still trying to get the fish. She was pulled under by the water but was still determined to get the fish. Finally She broke her head out of the water with a tiny fish in her jaws as she clawed her way back onto her rock.

[Red]

Red leaped onto a rock next to Willow's. "You are alright?" She asked. She hadn't fallen in for a while now, but it made sense since she was trying for the first time. "But good job catching the fish." She said.

[Willow]

Willow dropped the fish and grunted. "I'm fine" she laughed. "How stupid did I look?" she giggled.

[Red]

Red made it look like she was thinking really hard. "On a scale of 1-10?" She started laughing. "I'm just kidding. It's your first time, It's actually a little remarkable you really caught it." She complimented.

[Lightning]

Lightning padded up the river and towards the edge of the pack territory. Reaching it he sat down at the edge of the river and sighed.

[Willow]

"thanks." Willow laughed. "but im determined to catch a fish bigger than a minnow." She chuckled and sat up looking in the water again.

[Red]

Red laughed at Willow's comment on the fish she had caught. She saw a male wolf on the edge of the river, not too far away. She let out a small bark to him, wondering what he was doing. She had seen him around before, so she knew he was a pack member.

[Lightning]

Light turned his black head to look behind him at a bark. Seeing some of his pack mates he dipped his black head in greeting.
