So... yeah.

You're a cheetah on the plains of Africa, full of grace and beauty. Since the loss of prey has made living difficult, you and a few other cheetahs decide to live life the lion's way; a pride. There is only one adult male, and that's say, the leader. The rest are females, but of course there is a chance that a cub could be a male, and he will soon be driven out unless he can prove himself... by winning in a fight against the current leader. The loser in a fight gets to take the female of his choice to leave the pride and go... to start their own pride. There may be as many prides out there as possible depending on the cheetahs left in the area...

Another note: This is not how cheetahs' lives really are, they're pretty much loners x3 But I wanted to make a cheetah RP so I decided that cheetahs are in prides also ^^

Current Events: The pride has officially taken over the cave, but Snarler has trouble standing. Everyone else is worried.

With a sound somewhere between a snarl, a hiss, and a roar, Shade threw himself at one of the hyenas. He wasn't a warrior, but he knew they needed every cheetah to win this battle. The hyena seemed surprised--cheetahs rarely challenge hyenas--which gave Shade the advantage at first. He scored a few wounds along the hyena's flank, and it gave him a bite on the shoulder in return.

[Breeze]

Claidi paces, blocking a hyena from getting to Snarler. She gives a vicious snarl, her temper exploding. Hyenas are one of her pet peeves. As it lunges for her, she growls and swipes its muzzle, leaving gashes from her claws from the nose bridge onto the nose. It growls, then lunges again, this time for her throat.

Akule snarled and charged forward, ramming into a couple of hyenas who had just turned to Shade. His weight sent them sprawling forward on the ground, scattered across the dirt. They immediatly stood up and both turned to him. He hissed and jumped at one while the other one leapt, landing on Akule's shoulder. His fangs tore into ones neck as the other one tore into his shoulder, suddenly he flung the other one off his shoulder and he ripped into the other ones side as it fell to the ground, dark red oozing out of its body. Akule turned just as the other hyena lept at his face. He hissed in pain as the hyenas claws raked across Akules face and Akule lifted his front paws before slamming them against the wild dog and tearing into its flesh with his claws. It quickly fell to the ground, twitching slightly before Akule turned to see a hyena charging Claidi. He hissed and lept at it as its teeth gripped her throat. He grabbed its tail with his fangs and pulled backwards, dragging the hyena off of her.

[Breeze]

Thanks. Claidi chokes out to Akule. She growls as a few more dogs file out of the cave. She wonders how many are in there. She runs at top spped towards them, her too long legs helping her. She pounces on one's back, clawing and hissing. She lands a hard blow on it's face as it turns to attack.

[Lightning]

Snarler watched the fight with wide eyes. He growled when a hyena started towards him. The weak yearling tried to get to his paws to move away but couldnt.

[Breeze]

Claidi lunges for it's neck, teeth bared vicously. It gives a yelp as she slices it's life giving artery in half. She leaves it to die. Looking up, she sees Snarler in need of help. Her eyes narrow. She charges, snarling, pouncing on the dogs back.

Seeing Claidi take care of Snarler, Akule turned again and charged at another hyena as it approached. His fangs flashed as a hiss shook him and his claws raked acrossed the hyenas flanks and muzzle before it backed up, still growling but cowering slightly. Akule hissed again and ran straight forward, practically trampling the dog when it didnt move as Akule went for another hyenas throat and the other hyena bolted.

[Lightning]

Snarler blinked as Claidi landed on the dogs back. As she killed it he smiled at her. "Thanks." the yearling said.

[Breeze]

Don't mention it. Claidi breathes out. She snarls at another dog as it jumps her, scrambling in vain for her throat. She shakes it off. Trotting to it, she pins it, one paw on it's throat.

[Wind]

Akai hissed and darted over to stand by Snarler, ready to protect him if a hyena came up. Suddenly one approached them, growling. Akai snarled back and charged it, slashing her claws across its face and raking down its muzzle and eye as blood squirted everywhere. She blinked away the blood that spattered her face and heard the cry of the hyena as it backed off before quickly following the one that Akule just finished off. She went back to Snarler to help guard him.

Shade sank his fangs into the hyenas neck. It struggled and tried to buck him off but Shade was determined. He gripped into the animal's spotted back until it finally ripped itself from his grip. The male cheetah smiled as he watched his opponent race away in bewilderment. Shade stepped in front of Snarler and charged for another hyena.

[Rosaleena]

Sonja jumped at a hyena, hoping that this it the hyenas' leader. She bit and clawed at its back, giving it a few good scars. She bit at its throat.

[Breeze]

As Claidi bears her fangs to kill, it whines loudly and wriggles from her grasp, it's fur and skin tearing from her claws. She narrows her eyes and begins to give chase as it scrambles away in vain.

[Seaspray]

With the advantage of weight, the hyena bowled Shade over, so that he hit the dusty ground. The beast had him pinned down. A yowl pierced Shade's ears as he scraped the hyena's underbelly and then the male cheetah was freed from the hyena. With a sharp nip to the hindquarters, the spotted animal began to retreat.

Seeing the last of the hyenas flee that were not fightig Claidi, Sonja, and Shade, he snarled and lept after them, claws tearing into the cracked ground as he ran in pursuite to make sure they left. He was breathng heavily than usual and his shoulder was bleeding heavily though he ignored the red wet at the time as he snarled, slowing down finally as the hyenas split up in differant directions, trying to flee the pride of cheetahs. With a last grunt and snarl, Akule turned and headed to the other cheetas, seeing if they needed help.

[Snowflower]

Kalo hissed and jumped at almost most of the hyenas that came over to Snarler. The white cheetah looked behind and saw Claidi help. "Thanks."she smiled and continued.

[Lightning]

Snarler whimpered as he watched his mother fight the dogs. His dark eyes followed the white cheetahs every move hoping she wouldnt be hurt. The yearling tried again to stand but only got halfway off the ground before falling down again with a thud.

[Breeze]

After having nipped the dog's heels, Claidi races back to the others. Is everything OK? She asks everyone. She begins to check herself for wounds.

[Amazon]

Akule slows down as he nears the other and twitches his tail as Claidi speaks. He eyes Snarler first, hoping to see no wounds and then the other cheetah's, ignoring his own small wounds and then the large one on his shoulder as he wanted to see if they were all fine.

[Breeze]

Finding many bruises, a gash along her flank(the oppisite one of the red dot), and teeth marks along her neck where the dogs had tried to kill her. It takes more than a couple of Hyenas' to get rid of me. She thinks, letting out a huff.

[Seaspray]

Shade relaxed with a sigh as the hyenas retreated. His tail still lashed from side to side angrily. He gave everyone a quick glance to see their conditions before licking his own wounds.

[Breeze]

Claidi glares after the wild dogs, her tail tip twitching irretibly. She lays down, streching her long legs. She pounces back up, striding back over to the cave. She trots in to make sure the hyenas or any other animal comes to claim it. She lays down, resting her head on her paws while she waits for the rest of the pride to follow.

[Snowflower]

A hyena bit her shoulder. She swung it off and left the blood dripping from the wound. She quickly ran over to Snarler. Waiting for him to get up.

Sonja watched as the last of the hyenas ran away, and she sighed in relief. "Is everyone ok?" she asked, starting to lick one of her wounds.

[Snowflower]

"I'm fine."she said. "What about you Snarler?"she asked and licked his head. The female winces. Her shoulder has not closed up.
