This roleplay topic takes place in bustling city full of humans. Some of these humans are well-meaning and will feed you, but others will try to catch you or even kill you. The metal monsters that rule the city will hunt you. As a stray dog living on the streets, you may join a pack or strike out on your own. Either way, beware; a dog's life is a fight for survival.

Winter glanced at Riley. "That's just Skylar. She's a friend." The husky barked.

[Amazon]

Rileys ears flattened of the sound of a cat being a friend. He huffed lightly and backed out of the house, and with a last glare at Skylar as he thought cats were creepy, he turned and trotted up in front of Winter as he heard the meeting being called. He shook his head and wandered what the meating was about as he waited for others to come.

[Dawn]

Pepper smiled, then the border collie went over to sit down. She looked around to see what the others where doing, then back up at Winter.

Riley perked his ears and lifted his head as he heard someone else approach. He nodded to the black and white dog before turning his black head back to Winter

Pepper saw another dog (Riley), who she hasn't met yet nod at her. She nodded back in greeting then waited for Winter to say something.

[Seaspray]

Winter finally spoke, "Pepper is now of age to take a pack rank. She is now a warrior, and shall serve the pack well!" She howled.

[Dawn]

Pepper smiled and decided to join the howl. She howled in happiness that she can now be able to protect her pack fully.

[Kova]

Mocha almost let a howl escape her throat but she decided against it as she just joined and she didnt even no who that dog was. Though she smiled and wagged hertail for whoever it was.

[Snowflower]

Rocky gave a delighted bark. His problem was not solved though.

[Lightning]

"Well done Pep." Coco called out to her friend.

Golda walked forward and looked at the young female. "Survie the pack well young one." she barked.

[Seaspray]

Winter turned her gaze to Coco and Blaze. "You too." She continued. "Coco, you can do your rank duties when you are fully healed." She waited for the yearlings' responses, then glanced at Rocky to acknowledge that he was waiting to speak with her.

Blaze was surprised and taken aback. He paused and thought hard. The memories of fighting and killing other dogs were all too real, but them he remembered his silent oath after escaping the fighting dog kennels: Fight, but never to kill. Blaze finally lifted his muzzle proudly and woofed. "Warrior."

[Kova]

Mocha turned her head as she heard a dog bark the word warrior and she smiled. "Wow a lot of dogs have been promoted a rank" She murmured softly more to her self than any one else. She wagged her tail, "Congradualations." She yipped to the both of them.

[Snowflower]

Rocky looked to Winter and nodded. "So, What should I do? I've grown attached to this pack."he said.

[Seaspray]

As she waited for Coco to make her decision, Winter jumped off from her perch to speak with Rocky. "If I heard correctly, you've seen your owners." She began. "Did they see you? If so, they may be after you." She gave no mention of Rocky wanting to abandon the street life. In the husky's mind, pet life was disdainful for most stray dogs.

Riley couldn't help but give a loud snort of disgust at the mention of pet dog and owners. It didn't sound right for a dog to be owned or have collars locked onto a dogs neck. He shook his head and the chain rattled in reminder of his own collar he growled and padded out of the way where he tried to take the chain off. Though as he scratched at the chain with his back paw, all the chain did was cut deeper into his skin and it seemed to tighten even more, if that was possible. He snarled and started to turn his head wildly with jaws open as he tried to hook is fangs under the chain and pull, hopefully snapping the chain or dragging it off. Finally his bottom canines hooked under the collar and he pulled sharply. He gave a sudden sharp yelp but cut it off quickly as he stumbled backwards and fell over. He quickly rolled over and leapt up as he felt something trickle around his throat. He gasped for air now and looked down, seeing the collar was not off, instead of snapping like he had thought, when he pulled the chain it really just tightened around his neck and tore into his flesh. The trickle he felt was his blood and he felt it all over his neck. Still gasping for air, he stumbled over and lied down near the bushes and decided not to eat for a long time so that he can lose weight and slip the collar off when he's thin enough

Winter narrowed her eyes at Riley, feeling a mix of sympathy and pity for the chow-chow. She sighed and turned back to Rocky.

[Snowflower]

"They probably did..."he huffes. "It was crowded and I went to save Coco and Blaze. Being in the center of attention, they most likely did see me."he said.

[Seaspray]

Winter growled softly at the news. "We may have to move again." She suggested.

[Snowflower]

"No need for it."he said. "Besides, I don't want to make everyone move just for my sake." he said.

[Seaspray]

Winter still looked unsure, but she sighed and nodded. She hopped atop the shed again, waiting for Coco's decision.

Riley groaned at the pain that shocked his neck and he struggled to his paws. He took a few steps forward and looked back, wanting to rest and he saw the dirt was dark where his head was just lieing, it was his blood. He sighed and staggered forward, wheezing a little at the lack of breath and he padded to the sidewalk and turned. He trotted forward, following the sidewalk but he stopped suddenly, scenting a new dog scent. He turned his head and peared into the alley way where the scent was obliviously coming from.

Sophie continues to sleep in the knocked over trashcan, her small breathes echoeing lightly against the cans metal sides.

[Kova]

Mocha looked over as she saw a large black dog struggle with a chain that was embedded into his neck. She frowned slightly, wanting to help, but knew there was nothing she could do. She sighed and padded over into the shed and picked up a tiny morsel of food before she scoffed it down and went to sit by the bushes again.

Rileys olive colored eyes darted around, searching for the dog but he froze and his eyes rested on a tipped over trashcan that held a small cream furred dog in it. He tilted his head and approached quitly as the dog appeared to be sleeping and young. He snorted and touched her head with his cold nose, his neck ripping as he leaned over.

Sophie lept up and scurried backwards as she awoke to a large black dog poking her. She stared at the dog for a moment threw narrowed eyes as this dog reminded her of her mom and dad. She blinked at him. "Um... hi, Im Sophie." She whispered quitly.

Riley also took a moment at looking at her, she reminded him of his parents somewhat, just a little to wrinkly. He nosed her again and backed up, his nech aching though he tried to ignore the paing. "Im Riley." he said hoarsly, taking in small sips of air "Umm... here come meat Winter if you want to join."

Sophie wagged her tail and nodded. She followed after Riley at a slower pace as he walked into the strays territory. She glanced around seeing several dogs and she stopped behind Riley as he neared a husky dog. Sophie moved out from behind him so that she could see the dog more closely and she suspected this was Winter

Winter perked her pointed ears to another chow-chow that was similar in appearence to Riley. Assuming that she wanted to join, the husky jumped down from the shed roof once more. "I'm Winter, top dog of the Street Survivors Pack. Who may you be?" She said.

"Umm, im Sophie, nice to meat you Winter." she said, shifting her paws.

Riley backed up so Winter could handle her. He turned and trotted to te side before sitting down to the side, his gaze still watching them.
