~The Return of the Loners~

First topic message reminder :

After the battle between the Tropical Skys Pack and the loners at Winter Mountain, many of the loners died in the cave collapse. However, a few either weren't in the cave at the time or managed to slip out of the cave before it collapsed. These loners will go on find a new den, to rebuild the loner gang, and reclaim Winter Mountain as their rightful territory! Join us! See life through the eyes of a loner.

This roleplay is based on a real rp event on this site, when the loners attack.

Ranks:

The loner gang is like a loose pack. The leader rules using fear and force. Many will fight the leader to take his or her place. Sometimes they are successful, but a strong leader will maintain leadership. The deputy rules alongside the leader, helping with the decisions. The deputy may or may not be the leader's mate. The majority of the pack are subordinates. There are no ranks such as hunters or healers since it's every wolf for him or herself. The pups are somewhat, but not closely, guarded against predators. The loners believe that tough love is the only way that pups and yearlings will learn. The omegas are treated unfairly by others. The weak, the old, and the sick are often omegas.

Leader: Deviless (Rosaleena)

Deputy: Thunder (Lightning)

Subordinates: Kagura (Snowflower), NightFall (DarkSecret), Angel (Breeze), Imara (Breeze), Timber (Kova), Dusk (Dawn)

Yearlings: Isabella (Misty)

Current Events: Bullet and Rocket fought for dominance, and now both are injured.

"Oh well, you can sleep on this if you want Dawn."she said. She covered the elk carcass in a bit of snow to avoid it from rotting.

[Lightning]

Thunder moved closer to Deviless and guided her down to the cave he found. He opened his jaws and let the herbs drop on a small ledge. "Ill be back." he said. Slipping out of the den the gray brute grabbed the stuff he needed to make a nest for them both. Carrying it in he quickly made the nest.

[Dawn]

Dusk looked up at her friend and nodded, "OK." She said, then asked, "Do you think I should act mean too?" She heard her friend being growled at, "Oh stop your growling Devil..." She mumbled.

[Snowflower]

"That's good Dusk."she smiled. "I should make two more beds I guess."she said. She gathered more moss. Kagura made two more beds, one for quake and one for herself. "The sun is setting, we should sleep soon."she said to Dusk.

[Seaspray]

Earthquake bounded down the icy slope to the clearing where the loners were arguing. "A true loner," He snarled at Kagura and Dusk after the fight was over. "Doesn't 'act'. He or she should be naturally harsh." He raked the two wolves with his dark green glare before trotting into the cave. Since the loner gang was like a loose pack, he wasn't worried that Thunder and Devil were missing. They'd probably be back in the morning, or in a day or two. The loner leader drifted into sleep, using an elk skin as something to sleep on instead of the cold stone floor of the cave.

Devil followed Thunder into the the other cave. She watched as he left, and she sat down, shivering.

[Seaspray]

Earthquake sighed and continued to sleep. His fitful dreams were about his father, Tornado. Quake wondered if he would ever see his father again. Tornado was harsh, cruel, forceful, and bloodthirsty. However, he was also confident, proud, a natural leader, and the secret trait that only Earthquake knew, a loving and encouraging father.

[Rosaleena]

Devil laid down in the cave. She looked at the mouth of the cave and waited for Thunder's return.

[Dawn]

( Why do all of you keep calling Dusk Dawn? Dusk is the one I'm playing over here.)

Dusk nodded and looked over at the bed of moss. She walked over to it tiredly and lays down with a huff. She fell asleep in a couple of minutes in the warm, soft bed.

Earthquake's dreams of Tornado finally faded. For the first time since the cave collapse, he slept peacefully. The loner gang would become strong once again.

[Snowflower]

Kagura laid down her own moss bed. "Sweet dreams...."she whispered. After a while, she fell asleep.

NightFall looks around. She finds a cave and growls at the wolves inside. "Well well well, what a cute little family. Mommy, daddy and the little puppy wolf."she chuckled. It was an opurtunity to kill them all. "Only cowards kill wolves when they are defenseless."she growled.

[Rosaleena]

Devil closed her eyes. So soon fell into a light sleep.

[Dawn]

Dusk woke up at the growl having been lightly sleeping she could her it. She looked around, spotting the wolf who was growling. The young wolf got up out of the bed and growled, showing no fear. "Who are you?" She asked, "What do you want?" Dusk waited for an answer then she growled again, "I know how to fight and I'm not afraid to."

[Snowflower]

"You think we're mates? And that Dusk is our daughter?"she tilted her head. She burst out laughing. "You don't understand, you'll never understand."she growled. And again, she wasn't acting. She padded closer to the black fae.

[DarkSecret]

"You sure you can take me on Yearling?"she growled. "You have a slight chance of beating me in battle."she growled to the black female (Kagura). "I don't really care if i understand or not."she said with her head held high. "Sleepy head hasn't woke up yet."she chuckled. "Fight me then."she growled at Kagura.

[Snowflower]

Kagura growled. She pounced on NightFall and raked her vulnerable belly with her claws. "You asked for it."she said and made blood splash everywhere. Her eyes had no emotion as she attacked the fae. She was furious at the taunts she threw. "Your mere existence is a pain to me."she growled and backed away from her. "Your move..."she said.

[Seaspray]

~The next day~

Earthquake was watching the beginnings of the battle with half closed eyes. He snarled, charging at the stranger wolf. Unlike Kagura, he didn't wait for her move. He lunged for the intruder, pinning her to the ground. "You NEVER mess with the loner gang! You hear me?" The loner leader growled angrily, baring his teeth.

[Snowflower]

"I shouldn't be so soft on intruders next time."she growled at herself. She wanted to help but felt like she should not interfere with Quake's anger.

[Rosaleena]

Devil heard a fight in her sleep. She woke up, listening to it. Sounds like the loners are getting attacked... she thought.

[Seaspray]

Finally satisfied, Quake stepped off the wolf and waited for her response. He wondered if she would run, fight, talk, or even try to join the loner gang. The anger died away from his deep green eyes, which were now cruel and calculating.

[Rosaleena]

Devil fell asleep again. She wondered where Lightning was and if her was safe.

[Dawn]

Dusk growled at the wolf, not being in the mood to deal with this now. She watched as Kagura and Quake deal with it. The yearling wondered what the wolf would do now.

[Seaspray]

Quake smirked at the intruding wolf. "Would you like to join our mighty loner gang, or are you too weak?" He growled. He waited for her response.

[Lightning]

Thunder padded back into the cave where Deviless was. He bent his head and nuzzled the fae gently. Curling around her he drifted off into a light doze.
