First topic message reminder :

This roleplay topic takes place in bustling city full of humans. Some of these humans are well-meaning and will feed you, but others will try to catch you or even kill you. The metal monsters that rule the city will hunt you. As a stray dog living on the streets, you may join a pack or strike out on your own. Either way, beware; a dog's life is a fight for survival.

Current Events: Pepper, Coco, and Blaze are now old enough for their ranks. Sophie has joined the pack.

Blaze climbed atop the counter, his claws scraping againist wood. He sniffed around, his muzzle knocking over a jar. The yearling hopped down from the platform and ate a few of the food pieces that fell from the opened jar. The taste was delicious and savory. "Those are called treats." Said a voice behind him. Blaze spun around in alarm, then relaxed, realizing it was just a cat. "My name's Skylar." The cat continued. "The pack allows me to stay here, so no need to chase me away." Blaze replied, "My name is Blaze." Tired he found his own human bed to curl up on.

[Dawn]

Pepper sighed, the pup looked around the house for a more comfortable place to rest. She found and nice soft place by the window sill and lied down beside it. She looked out at the streets where she had once lived. Pepper lied down her head and continued to watch the streets.

[Snowflower]

He curled up on a couch and not on the bed like he used to do after he was done collecting enough food. No one knew..... he was a master of escape.

[Seaspray]

~The next day~

Winter opened her eyes, blinking against the bright sunlight. The early morning sun streamed through the den's windows. She sighed and stood up, shaking her pelt. The female siberian husky ate a bite from the kibble bag, as well as some of the food that Rocky found.

Blaze was still asleep.

[Rosaleena]

Golda Red woke up and stretched. She went and ate a bit of kibble and she sat down.

[Snowflower]

Rocky woke up. He sat in the backyard of the abandoned house and gazed at the sunrise.

[Seaspray]

Winter looked around at her pack. Sitting around at the den all day was not what stray dogs did. Despite what happened yesterday, Winter was eager to get some more fresh air and action. Anyway, the bag of kibble was almost empty, and the pack needed to find a source of water.

Blaze finally woke up and stretched. He hopped onto the couch looking out the window. Most humans had not yet stirred, and metal monsters(cars) were few and far between.

[Rosaleena]

Golda Red wandered around the house. She was bored even though of her "soon-to-be-death" yesterday.

[Seaspray]

Winter leapt atop a table, howling in the typical husky fashion to summon her pack. She then squeezed into the hole that led outside. On the front yard, she looked over her shoulder for the other dogs.

Blaze perked his ears to Winter's howl. He jumped down from the couch and eagerly followed Winter.

[Rosaleena]

Golda Red followed Winter outside. What now? she thought to herself.

[Snowflower]

Rocky ran from the backyard to the front. "What's up?"he asked.

[Seaspray]

Winter scanned her surroundings. First things first, the pack needed to find a trusty source of water. She trotted down the sidewalk until she came across a friendly human's house that she used to come to daily. Some humans were awake at this time. Lights switched on, and Winter perked her ears, awaiting the water bowl the human always gave her.

[Snowflower]

"Pure breeds always get the good life huh?"he sighed and stood next to Winyer.

[Seaspray]

Winter smiled and nodded in agreement as the water bowl was set down in front of her. She drank her fill, then stepped back for the other pack members. Several more water bowls were placed on the ground.

[Rosaleena]

Golda Red followed Winter towards the water bowls. She drank her fill and sat down.

[Seaspray]

Blaze took several messy laps of water, then shook his pelt and stepped back.

[Snowflower]

Rocky drank his fill of water and sat down quietly. He gazed down to the ground, not moving at all.

[Seaspray]

Seeing that everyone was satisfied, Winter grinned and continued to lead her pack along the street. There wasn't much to do but wander the streets aimlessly. A human they passed threw a few treats to them, but another yelled at them.

[Rosaleena]

Golda Red sighed. She followed winter around.

[Snowflower]

"Hold up. I may be able to get some treats."he smiled to himself. He went up to a woman whohad a shopping bag in her hands and played chase his tail. The woman laughed and put aan open bag of treats on the ground. Rocky picked it up and returned to Winter. "That's how I did it last time."he smiled as he put the bag down.

[Fang]

(I'll just post that Heike was out, since I've been away lately.)

Heike returned to the human den in a quick pace. He entered the the place with a small towel hanging from his mouth. Heike threw it on his back and crawled in from under the porch entering the basement. He shook some dirt out of his fur. He walked into the kitchen and put the towel on the ground, revealing what was inside. A neatly baked bread, with some apples. He sat down by it, wondering if any of the others liked apple, he did though. Heike licked his nose, and silently walked up stairs to the place where he first slept. He climbed the steep stair, and sleepily lay down to sleep.

(Didn't know what to post or write, my excuses. :/)

(the pack is wandering the streets, Fang, buts that's okay because they'll turn back now)

Winter grinned at Rocky. "Let's take these treats back to the den." She yipped. The siberian husky began to trot back the way she came.

Blaze shrugged and trotted after Winter.

[Snowflower]

"Ok."Rocky said and picked up the bag and followed Winter back to the house.

[Rosaleena]

Golda Red followed Winter and the others back to the den. She wasn't sure why though.

[Seaspray]

Winter crawled through the hole in the den. She nodded in greeting to Skylar. The female husky turned to her pack. "If you are bored, you may go explore the streets or house. Be sure to howl loudly if you need help." She barked, thinking of Golda Red and how she got caught by a human when they were roaming the streets.
