Current Events: Everyone's meeting one another, for the most part. Kalo is confronting a dog.

A troublesome nieghbor finds out their living there, and pretty much blackmails the gang. The Runaways then decide something to do about it, and take action.

Kalo smiles as Spirit licks her hand and then lays down at her feet comfortably. Then her smile fades. All these pets are extra mouths to feed... She thinks. Unless their owners stole pet food from the store, the animals would have to make do with scraps or whatever we could find.

[Breeze]

The cuffs clater to the floor. The black cat jumped up onto Kat's shoulder and meowed irritably at them. I think I'll call you Swift. Your pretty fast. She says, lifting Swift up from her shoulders. And skinny.... She must've run away... Kat thinks. She looks around, deciding where she should start to train Swift to help her out. Perferably wallets and food by somehow begging.

Dominick shakes his head, not quite sure what to do now and he hops out of the building, glancing around unsure of what to do now but he sees nothing that he could do out here. He sighed and slipped back into the building silently to watch Kat train her cat(lol thats kind of funny xD)

Still on the bench, Kalo nods at Nick in greeting. Her dog, Spirit, is at Kalo's feet, now asleep. "Hmm..." The girl murmurs as she watches Kat and her new pet.

[Wind]

Tyler slowed to a stop as he neared the building and he looked down to the dog. He smiled slightly and patted his head again before slowly walking forward, ot sure if the dog would be aggressive to a lot of people, other dogs, or cats. Tyler turned the corner and saw everyone else. He waved in greeting as he approached them, rope tightly held in hand though Ty notices the dog doesnt show any aggression and keeps on wagging its tail. "Good boy....Luke!" he praised, just thinking of a name for his new dog. "This is Luke,"
he said to nobody in particular and crouched down to untie the rope that was ound around Lukes neck.

[Seaspray]

Kalo smiles. "Nice dog you got there. Hi Luke." She says. Spirit rushes foward to meet the new dog, and Kalo grabs the German Shepard by the scruff, unsure of how she'll treat the other dog. She didn't want to take chances.

[Wind]

Tyler smiled in thanks and looked down at Luke but then back up as he notices the german shepherd coming torwards them. He watches as Kalo catches her dog and frowns looking back down to see what Luke would do but he saw Luke wagging his stub tail at the other dog. Luke yipped and sniffed at the dog even though he couldnt reach her.

[Seaspray]

Spirit pulled back her lips in a grimacing snarl, but she relaxed as Luke wasn't aggressive. She began to sniff the other dog as well. Kali sighed with relief.

[Lightning]

Angel saw the others with their pets and took deep breaths. Moving closer Baby meowed seeing the other cats.

[Breeze]

Hey, Nick, She says, standing now with Swift in her arms. Could you help me train her? You've still got that wallet, right? She asks him, and Swift mews. Kat looks down at her and smiles a bit.

[Dawn]

Hazel saw Lucky run off and she followed her, forgetting what she was looking for in her pack. Lucky meows as she sees Angel and another cat. Hazel looked at them and said, "Hey Angel." The white kitten kept meowing at the tabby that Angel was holding.

[Lightning]

"Hi Hazel." Angel said. She smiled seeing the white kitten in her arms and moved closer. "This is Baby." she said as she gently held her tabby out so she could greet the kitten.

[Dawn]

Lucky meows as Angel comes closer. The white fluffy kitten greets Baby. Hazel smiles then says, "What are we going to do to feed them? I've been giving Lucky pieces of hot dogs or bread whenever I can but I'm out of that stuff now." She looks at the two cats worried.

[Seaspray]

Kalo grins sheepishly and lets Spirit go to the other dog. She looks at Angel. "I see you have a new pet." She remarks.

[Lightning]

Angel smiled at Lucky and then frowned worried. "I have some money that we can use to buy stuff for them." she said. Looking over at Kalo she grinned. "I got Baby just before my parents..." she trailed off not wanting to contiune, "I have only seen her on and off the past few years."

[Breeze]

Swift jumps out of Kat's arms and to the floor. Swift mews, and runs off to the corner where it is to dark to see. The black cat comes back, head lifted high, with a mouse clamped firmly in her jaws. The cat loyally sits at Kat's feet and eats. I see she'll have no trouble getting food.

Nick nods and goes to retrieve his wallet full of money. He comes back down stairs and slips the wad of money out and hands Kat the wallet. "We dont want the money to slip out and get lost," he said and went to the side of the room before opening a lid of a bucket and slipping it inside. "Secrete stash!" he said somewhat gleefully before going over to Kat to see her train her cat and help if he could.

[Seaspray]

Kalo nods. She whistles to Spirit and walks down a few alleyways, looking for any material she can make a collar out of. After all, Spirit isn't really a stray anymore.

[Wind]

Tyler watches as Kalo walks off and he shrugs, not sure what she is doing and he pats Lukes head before whistling for him to come. Tyler walks down the street as Luke trots right behind hm, wagging his tail. Tyler wanted to get Luke some food in case he was hungry, or if any one was hungry really.

[Breeze]

Thanks, Nick. She says. She holds the wallet under Swift's nose. Swift swats it playfully, but somehow understands what Kat is trying to do. Kat slips the wallet into her back pocket, then goes and stands to the wall, her back facing Swift. Come get it, girl. She whispers, looking over her shoulder to see if her cat would get the idea. Swift--well, swiftly-- trots up, and stands on her two hind legs. Reaching up, Swift gently puts a paw on Kat to steady herself. She carefully grips the wallet in her teeth, then hops down. Kat smiles and pats Swifts' head.

Kalo finally finds some tattered leather--probably an old collar--to wrap around Spirit's neck. The dog smiled at her, as dogs do with tongue sticking out, and ran off to find some scraps. Kalo grinned as she realized these pets were not just extra mouths to feed. They were useful too.

Hey! What are you doing here?! Kayla yells at the two teens (Nick, Kat) inside her fathers once-was building. He didn't own it anymore; the bank did. She frowns, walking up to them. Your not supposed to be here. She says menacingly, eyes narrowing. She crosses her arms unhappily.

[Wind]

Tyler narrows his eyes as he hears a voice. He peaks inside the building to see another unhappy looking child. He scowls, not sure who it was but he automatically didnt like her. He stayed put and watched from outside to see what she wanted. What if she isnt a runaway and se rats us out?!" The thought rings in his ears and he narrows his eyes suspiciously.

[Breeze]

Who cares? This building was clearly abondaned. What are you doing here? Kat asks, standing.

Who are you people? Kayla asks, shifting to put her weght on one leg. She notices a knife sticking out of the girls bag. Your murderers! She exclaims.

No we're not; go get your eyesight checked out. Do we really look like the murderous type to you? Kat asks, her own eyes narrowing.

Tyler narrows his eyes at the girls loud out burst and he slips inside the building. He glances behind him as Luke jumps in after him and then he turns back to the girl. "If were not allowed to be in here then what makes you allowed to be in here?" he acused through glaring eyes.
