You are a dog on the tiny island of Malta and an earthquake has happened. All people are dead, traumtized, or wanting to hurt you, such as the tan suited and yellow suited people. Tan people acctually try to catch you and send you back to the main land, where a dog has never come back. While yellow people ignore unless you get to close, which then they will beat at you with a metal stick(tan people also carry poles with hoops at the end, there like dog catchers) The city is abandoned and barely any buildings stand. There are dangers at every turn including the people, other dogs, and dangerous animals. Will you survive, Or will you die on this harsh island?

DaKoda listened to the dogs silently as they spoke and the corners of his liops twitched in a smile as he watched the pups. Suddenly he stood up on guard and his hackles raised as he saw Rose suddenly turn aggressive.

Embry slowly padded farther away from his old home. His shoulders were slumped and his long tail dragged the ground as he followed the road, not paying attension where he was going. Suddenly he stopped, hearing a growl and scenting dogs into the distance. He lifted his head and his flipped ears perked up and he started to move faster at a trot, only slowing down as he spotted a shiba inu growling. He stopped and sat down to watch what she was doing and what she was growling at though his ears perked torwards the sound of other dogs.

Rose seemed to be growling at the new dog as she stalked forward. Suddenly she lept over him and attacked a tan human. She bit his leg distracting him. Blood filled her mouth as she tightened her grip.

Embry whimpered and cowered down as the dog ran at him and he closed his eyes but he suddenly felt a whip of air. He opened his eyes and looked behind him, seeing the dog had jumped over him and attacked a human. He yelped, startled and scurried backwards, suprised that a human had been following him just as another dog ran past and at the human.

DaKoda had just spotted the human and he saw as Rose darted at it and attacked him. Koda snarled and charged the human, jumping at it and landing on its chest before tearing at its arm and his fangs clamped onto the humans arm. Suddenly he let go as he saw the human struggle and try to grab the pup. DaKoda lept off, grabbed the pup, and took off to the others. He sat the pup down and went back to help Rose.

Rose saw Kota out of the cornor of her eye and let go just as he landed on the humans chest. As he grabbed the other pup and moved him away she circled the human. "Get them out of here." she ordered the male as he came back to help her. The golden shiba inu watched as the human struggled to climb to its feet. Rose lept forward and bit hard on its shoulder and a crunch was heard. It grabbed her by the neck and started to squeeze hard. Her jaws opened and she struggled to breath and darkness closed in around her vision.

DaKoda nodded and spun around, heading torwards the pups and yearlings when he suddenly turned sharply and charged the human as Koda thrusts all of his weight at the humans legs and makes its legs buckle under him, the human fell to the ground with a thud. Koda turned to take off again right after his jaws smashed over the persons hand that was crushing Rose's throat, he heard a crack and raced back to the other dogs, hoping that Rose can handle the person from their. "Come on, time to go, humans," Koda barked as he neared the pups and yearlings.

Rose gasped for breath as Kota raced off again. Climbing to her feet her stepped onto its chest and lowered her head snarling. Its blood ran out of her mouth and stained her teeth. She slowly closed her jaws around its windpipe crushing it as she tightened her grip. The humans life slowly drained out of it body. As it breathed it last breath the golden shiba inu let go. She climbed off it and slowly headed over to the rest of the strays.

[Dawn]

Sadie tilts her head as the older dogs start to growl. She then catches the scent of a human and tilted her head. It's just a human... She thinks then lowers her ears as she sees it try to grab a new pup. The young border collie back away. She watched as Rose killed the human. She looked at her brother then at the other pups.

River looks at the older dogs in alarm as they start to growl. He looks over at his sister then at the other pups as he spots another pup. He then sees the human behind it and watched as the older strays lunged at the human. River backed away as Dakoda started to come back. He didn't see what happened to the human and he didn't want to know.

[Lightning]

Rose reached the other strays and looked around at them. "Lets get out of here." she barked, "If there are other humans nearby then we dont have long beofre they get here."

[Seaspray]

Fell gasped as Rose attacked a human, then nodded at her words. Then he turned to Sadie. It was just the question he expected. Shrugging, the black lab replied, "It was the name of a legendary wolf."

[Breeze]

Brook gasps loudly as DaKoda, a faint father figure, and Rosa, the snarler, attack a human. Thoughts race through her mind, and a sudden memory of her dead mother flash in front of her eyes. The pup shakes he head hard, squeazing her eyes shut. When she opens them, the thought is still fresh in her mind. She runs in terror, faster than she could normally go. Adrenaline is pumping through her body. After about five minutes, shes' a good ways off, ad she darts and hides behind a bush. Her heart beats fast and she is gasping for air.

DaKoda stares at the yearlings for a long second then glances to Rose as if to ask her to bring the yearlings. Koda quickly picked up the new pup and mumbled through the pups tan fur, "Come on, lets go," before he darted after Brook, hoping the others follow. Once he reaches her he sits the other pup in the bushes and looks back to see if the others are coming.

Ember yips in suprise as he feels himself being picked up and he struggled for half a second before relaxing. Suddenly he was flopped on the ground in a bush beside a black and brown dog, he looked to the older dog, confused, not sure what was wrong and why they had attacked the human, even though the human did seem a little mean.

[Breeze]

The adrenaline gone, Brook jumps and yelps in surprise as Koda drops a pup down beside her. She looks up to him, searching his face for answers, then looks to the pup. She relaxs slightly, but her eyes are wide.

[Seaspray]

As the shock of what just happened began to disappear, the reality of it registered. Mouth open in a silent gasp, Fell stumbled after the adults.

DaKoda relaxes slightly as he sees some of the others following and he turned back to the pups, sniffing to make sure they were all right.

Embry peared out from the bush and to the black lab that was heading torwards them and then he glanced at the other pup and then at the adult who was sniffing at him. As the black lab continued to near he scooted back into the bushes even farther to make room.

Rose nudged the yearlings after Kota. "Move." she barked gently. The golden shiba inu padded slowly after their alpha glancing over her shoulder often to make sure they were following.

[Dawn]

Sadie frowned at Fell. "A wolf?" She asked in amazement, "Thats so cool!" Th young border collie yips, forgetting all about what just happened a few seconds ago. She looks over at her shocked brother, then tilts her head as she sees one of the other pups run off. Sadie perks her ears as she hears Dakoda tell them to go, then watches as he takes off after Brook with the new pup. She sighs and runs after them.

River's eyes got round as he heard that Fell's name was the name of a famous wolf. He looked over where Brook should of been but frowned as he saw she wasn't there. The young border collie looked over as he heard Dakoda run after Brook with the new pup. River felt someone nudge him then saw Rose, Fell, and his sister walk ahead of him. He runs after his sister, stopping as he reaches the bushes.

[Lightning]

Seeing Fell, Sadie and River following Rose slipped into the bushes and bumbed into DaKota. "Oops sorry." she said scrambling back. Her eyes looked away from the handsom male as she blushed.

[Breeze]

Brook looks to Koda as he sniffs her and the new pup. Brook smiles as Rose bumps into Koda, and seesing her blush, she is tempted to giggle. She likes him! She thinks, somewhat gleefully.

Fell smiled at Sadie's look of amazement, but it was short lived as he was nudged foward. The black lab halted as DaKoda did, his claws digging into the dirt. He noticed Rose's blush out of the corner of his eye and cracked a grin, unable to help it.

DaKoda felt himself being bumped into and he looked over to see Rose blushing. He smiled, "Its fine Rose," he yipped lightly.

[Breeze]

Brook's smile increases. Her tail thumps on the ground, disturbing leaves and twigs. She looks at the new pup (Embry), tilting her head slightly.

[Seaspray]

Fell smiled and his tail swished back and forth slightly, but he said nothing about Rose. "Where are we going to go?" He asked DaKoda.

DaKoda perked his ears at Fell's question and he paused for a moment. "Not sure...hopefully we can just start to head forward and we will eventoually have to cross the path of another standing building." he said and then narrowed his eyes in thought. Suddenly he perked up, "Maybe we can even find one of those large buildings that people go to often(a mall)." he suggested with a flick of his ears. Suddenly DaKoda looked down to the new pup as he spoke. Koda nodded slightly before barking,Im DaKoda, nice to meat you Embry,"

Embry looked over to see a pup staring at him. His head tilted as well before he spoke. "Hi there...Im Embry," he yipped and smiled, looking up as he heard a dog to speak to him, Embry repeated the dogs name in his head so that he could remember it and then he looked to the other pup once he did

Brook smiles as Embry says his name. She looks down as she feels something crawling on her paw. Oh... It's a beetle. She thinks. She lifts her paw, looking at it.

[Dawn]

Sadie held in a giggle as she noticed Rose bump into Dakoda. She looks over at the two pups sitting besides Brook and her brother. "Hey Embry, I'm Sadie." Said the young border collie. She listens as she hears that their going to move spots.

River sits besides his sister and looks over at Embry. "I'm River." He barked. He looks around at the others as he listened to Dakoda say that they would have to move. Move where... He thought.
