You are a dog on the tiny island of Malta and an earthquake has happened. All people are dead, traumtized, or wanting to hurt you, such as the tan suited and yellow suited people. Tan people acctually try to catch you and send you back to the main land, where a dog has never come back. While yellow people ignore unless you get to close, which then they will beat at you with a metal stick(tan people also carry poles with hoops at the end, there like dog catchers) The city is abandoned and barely any buildings stand. There are dangers at every turn including the people, other dogs, and dangerous animals. Will you survive, Or will you die on this harsh island?

Events~ Humans have come and forced the pack to move and find new territory

Brook moves her paw back to the ground so the beetle can crawl off of her. She catches the collie's names, ears perked slightly.

[Lightning]

Rose smiled softly at Kota. Looking at the young pup the golden shiba inu stepped closer and gently nuzzled him. "Welcome young one. I am Rose." she said softly. She turned her gaze to DaKota and her eyes soften and a warm feeling ran through her.

[Seaspray]

Fell nodded at DaKoda and focused his gaze on Embry. "My name is Fell." He said.

[Lightning]

Rose looked at Fell. "Perhaps you could tell us about the wolf who you are named after as we find a new place to stay." she said shaking out her golden pelt. Her eyes blinked swiftly as she heard humans getting closer. "we need to go DaKota." she barked with fear for the younger strays in her amber eyes.

[Seaspray]

Fell whined and looked over his shoulder. "I'll tell you later, when we get to a new den." He promised.

[Lightning]

Rose moved closer to the yearling. She gently nuzzled him. "Alright." she said. Her motherly feelings were for all the young strays and she paced around them all with faer and worry radiating off her as she glanced in the direction from which the humans were coming and those she concidered her pups.

The lab cringed a bit at Rose's nuzzle, then relaxed and began to enjoy it. He wasn't used to motherly affection. Fell looked a Dakoda while he waited for further intructions.

DaKoda perked his ears and his lips pulled back as he could hear/scent humans coming closer. He glanced to the pups to make sure they were ok before smiling confidently. "I think we'll be okay if we go ahead and get moving, I think we should go straight ahead untill we find a good sturdy building...untill then we can always take rests in the smaller caves in the rubble," He said and took a breath, glancing back to where the humans were coming from and then back to the pups. "Ok, lets get going," he barked and then eyed the two pups(Brook, Embry) "Me and Rose can carry you two if you wish," he said, glancing at Rose to see if she would have a problem with carrying with one of the pups.

[Breeze]

Brook shakes her head no, not wishing to be carried. Her mother had often done that, carring her and her siblings. She gets up, ready to move further away from her old home(s) and her mothers dead body.

[Dawn]

Sadie looked behind her as she smelled humans getting closer and lowered her ears. "Yeah," She said looking over to Fell then over at Dakoda, "But where are we going to go?" The young border collie sat down turning her questioning gaze to her brother. She looked back over at Dakoda as he said that their going to go straight. Sadie smiled and wagged her tail, ready to get moving.

River perked his ears as he smelled the humans. The young border collie then looked over as he heard Fell and Rose say something then at his sister. He too, wondered where they would go. River also wondered why the humans were trying to catch them. He perked his ears as he heard Dakoda tell them that they were going to go straight.

[Seaspray]

Fell listened to DaKoda and followed. His paws thumped on the wet pavement as he walked heavily. He still couldn't believe what the quake had done to this once thriving island.

[Lightning]

Rose let out a soft whimper as she spotted the first human. Spinning around she grabbed Embry and looked around at the others before hurring off knowing that they would follow. She wound her way through the rubble looking for a sturdy cave. Finding one that was partly hidden from site she set the pup she carried down. "Lets wait for the others here." she barked.

[Breeze]

Brook runs after Rose, pausing for a moment for Koda before she ran. He'll catch up. She decides, running after Embry and Rose.

DaKoda quickly followed the others silently, dodging pot holes in the road and large shards of glass that scattered across the ground. He soon caught up with the others an looked back, searching to see if Sadie, River, and Fell would come.

Embry yelped in surprise as he was picked up and carried off. Once he was sat down, he looked back to see Brook and DaKoda following.

[Breeze]

Brook hops over a small pile of sharp looking rubble. She trots into the small den, looking around. She looks to DaKoda, hoping for comfort as any young pup would.

[Seaspray]

Fell darted like a bullet to the den with the others. He was naturally skittish of humans, being a stray.

[Dawn]

Sadie looked over as she smelled humans coming near the bush. She got up to run after the others but hesitated for a second. The young border collie naturally not being afraid of humans. Sadie shook out from her thoughts as she felt herself being pushed by River. She came back to reality and ran straight to the others.

River watched as one by one, his new friends went to find a new home. He perked his ears as he heard the humans and jumped up. The young border collie ran out from the bushes, turning around a little ways to see if Sadie was following. He ran back as he didn't see her coming and nudged her hard, shaking his sister out of her thoughts. River watched as she ran ahead of him, before running after her, stopping when he reached the others.

[Lightning]

Rose sighed with relief as the others turned up. Seeing Brooks need for comfort she moved over to the young pup. "It will be ok." she said giving her a gentle nuzzle. With a soft smile she moved over to DaKota. "Kota." she said in his ear, "How will we take care of them all?"

[Breeze]

Brook slumps as Rose comfrots her. All of this had been a shock, first with the earthquake, then everything else. Brook yawns, laying down, eyes drooping.

[Seaspray]

Fell watched the interaction between Rose and Brook, and he shrugged. The indifferent, bored glaze was covering his eyes again.

[Breeze]

Nodding off to sleep, Brook allows sleep and dreams to overwhelm her. Please don't dream about Mother! She thinks, willing herself to do so.

DaKoda watched silently as Brook and Embry settled Down to sleep and others appeared tired as well. He shook his head, wanting to get farther away than this though he couldn't deny his tired eyes. He sighed and glanced around. "How about we rest here?" he suggested, already padding into the bush and slumping down beside Brook and Embry.

Embry watched what happened with tired eyes. He tried to keep up with what was happening but eventoually sleep over took him and his breath became shallower and softer as he rested.

[Lightning]

Rose sighed and padded away from the others. She climbed a pile of rubble and saw the humans heading away carrying the dead body. She huffed and scrambled back down. Padding back she climbed up onto the cave roof and sat down to keep watch.

[Breeze]

Brooks eyes flutter lightly as DaKoda lays down beside her and Embry. She smiles before going back to sleep; she hadn't dreamed about mother.

Fell slumped to the ground with a weary sigh. He briefly considered telling the pack the story, but they were tired enough. The lab's eyes fluttered closed.
