This roleplay topic takes place in bustling city full of humans. Some of these humans are well-meaning and will feed you, but others will try to catch you or even kill you. The metal monsters that rule the city will hunt you. As a stray dog living on the streets, you may join a pack or strike out on your own. Either way, beware; a dog's life is a fight for survival.

Coco heard movement downstairs and she blinked her brown eyes open. She slid out of her small bed and climbed down. Reaching the bottom she strached out her chocolate brown body. Seeing Blaze she padded over. "Morning." she said brightly, "What are we doing today?"

[Seaspray]

Winter looked at Coco and smiled. "What we always do." She yipped. "Roam the streets and search for tasty morsels!" She yipped. Then her smiled faded as she thought of her missing friend. "And we'll look for Golda Red." She added.

(last chance to adopt Golda Red BTW I'm killing her off)

[Lightning]

Coco tilted her head. "Whos Golda Red?" she asked confused.

"Golda Red is a friend of mine. She was in this pack shortly before you came. But now she's...missing. I don't know where she went." Winter's blue eyes glittered with worry as she spoke.

Blaze listened to Winter as she spoke. He nodded gravely. "I'll keep an eye our for her." He promised.

[Lightning]

Coco blinked her brown eyes. "Can you tell me about her?" she asked softly. She wanted to know what had happened to the female that was missing.

Golda Red padded slowly through a dim allyway. Her german sherpard coloured pelt was duller than normal. She shook her head sadly. She was glad she had gotten free from the pound after so long and she wanted to go home.

[Seaspray]

"Golda Red was a warrior of this pack. In fact, Golda Red, Heike, Pepper, and I founded this pack. She doesn't like humans very much, though. Once she tried to attack a truck that splashed water on her." Winter chuckled at that thought, her frown giving way to a smile.

[Lightning]

Coco smiled. "She sound funny." she said giggling, "What did she look like?" Coco wanted to meet Gold but didnt want to get her mixed up with some other stray.

Gold breathed in deep as she came out of the allyway. She saw the house that the pack lived in and padded up to the front door. Pushing her way in she stopped as a breeze took her scent into the house.

[Seaspray]

(I know you don't know this Light, but the dogs can't go through the front door of the house. There is a hole that the dogs crawl through that serves as an entrance/exit.)

Winter's ears perked as she picked up a familiar scent. "Golda Red!" She yipped excitedly, running towards the entrance. "What happened to you? I thought you were just patrolling the territory!"

[Dawn]

Pepper saw from out the window a new dog, but it was already getting late so she decided to wait till she woke up in the mourning. She lied down on the soft couch like window sill and fell asleep fast. The pup woke up in the mourning by the sun shining in her eyes. The young border collie jumped down from the place she had rested in and wonder down to meet the new dog. Pepper stopped as the new dog came into her sight and said, "Hi! I'm Pepper!" Then Pepper realized something, "Where's Golda-" She stopped as she smelled a dogs scent, then heard Winter call out to the dog. The pup yipped happily, "Welcome back Golda!"

[Snowflower]

"Welcome back Golda."he smiled as he woke up. He preferred to sleep in the garden. Where the air was cool.

[Seaspray]

Winter smiled at Golda, then at Coco. "As you can see, Golda is a German Shepard." She yipped to the brown she-dog.

Blaze didn't know Golda Red, but he was glad to see a dog rejoin the pack. "Welcome, Golda Red!" He yapped.

[Lightning]

Coco padded forward. "Hi Im Coco. Its nice to meet you Golda." she said with shining brown eyes.

Golda smiled at her pack. "Stupid humans put me in a pound. I only just got away." she said with a soft growl. "I wasnt sure if I could last much longer until a female human had a look at me and when they brought me out I bolted." She shrugged and sat down as if it was nothing. She didnt add that she had bitten the two humans that had been there.

[Seaspray]

Winter shook her head, growling slightly to herself. "Humans are so stupid. Well, I'm glad you're back, Golda Red." She yipped. "Are you hungry? Help yourself to some food."

[Lightning]

Golda smiled at Winter. "Its good to be back." she said, "I think." She heaved herself to her paws and padded over to the food. Pulling out a piece of meat that was of decent size she quickly scoffed it down.

Coco followed Golda and took a small piece of meat which she ate in a few bites. She watched the german shepard female with wide brown eyes before slipping out and into the streets.

[Snowflower]

"Well, I'm gonna get more food for everyone."Rocky said and padded into the streets. "How much do humans waste?"he said and found a bag of potato chips. "A lot apparently."he said and brought it back.

[Seaspray]

Winter grinned approvingly at Rocky's bag of potato chips. She lifted her head slightly as she watched Coco walk into the streets. She stealthily trotted after her. The Siberian husky didn't want her to be caught like Golda Red.

[Snowflower]

Rocky padded into the house again. He lied down in the garden. He rolled around in the grass happily for a bit.

[Fang]

Heike crawled out of the den without saying anything, and padded across the street and away. He walked into a smaller neighborhood, and climbed a dumpster to reach the levels of the highest roofs. He walked over to the edge and sat down. 'A beta, eh?' He thought with a small smile. He scanned the streets to see if anyone or anything was in need of help, but he didn't spot anything. He got up and switched roof, and kept on going to scout everywhere.

Winter saw Heike scouting on the streets and smiled. She knew that she made the right choice for beta. The female husky continued to follow Coco.

Blaze decided to revert to exploring the house. This time, he looked at every corner, nook and cranny of the den.

[Lightning]

Golda slipped out of the house and sniffed the air. She padded towards an alleyway that was at the back of a restrunt. Seeing a dumpster was open she jumped up onto a stack of crates and looked in. Seeing a couple of bones she jumped into the dumpster. Grapping them she flung them out and onto the ground. Climbing back out she landed softly. Grabbing the bones she padded back to the house and dumped them with the rest of the food. She turned and went out again. Golda padded to the edge of the packs territory and sniffed the air. SHe started to potrol the area leaving scent marks around the border.

Coco sniffed the air and pushed her way under a bush. Dirt went flying everywhere as she dug deep into the earth. "Found you." she barked as she unearthed the meaty bones. Grabbing one in her teeth she wiggled back out. Seeing Winter she dropped the bone knowing she would watch it while she retrived the other one.

[Seaspray]

Winter sat down beside Coco's bone, nodding to her. In the distance, she could see Golda Red patrolling the borders and finding food. Winter smiled and continued to help Coco guard the bones.

[Lightning]

Coco backed out from the bush for the second time carrying the second bone. "Thats both of them." she said dropping it. "Can you carry one for me please?" Her brown eyes looked at Winter hopefully.

Golda moved silently through the streets. She spotted Winter with the brown yearling that said her name was Coco. She paused and bowed her head to her alphess before continuing on.

[Seaspray]

"Of course." Winter yipped as she picked up a bone. She began to trot back to the den.

Blaze ran into the backyard, his yearling playfulness apparent. He chased his tail, ran in circles, and began digging a hole in the ground.

[Lightning]

Coco smiled at Winter. "Thanks." she barked. Grabbing the second bone she waited for the female husky to lead the way back to the house cause she was slightly lost.

Winter nodded and made her way toward the house, crossing roads and avoiding humans. They finally arrived, and the alphess placed the bone she was carrying on the food pile. She sighed and sat down.
