This roleplay topic takes place in bustling city full of humans. Some of these humans are well-meaning and will feed you, but others will try to catch you or even kill you. The metal monsters that rule the city will hunt you. As a stray dog living on the streets, you may join a pack or strike out on your own. Either way, beware; a dog's life is a fight for survival.

Current Events: Pepper, Coco, and Blaze are now old enough for their ranks. Sophie has joined the pack.

Pepper yelped in surprise and started to run after Blaze and Rocky. She stopped as she heard Coco yell for help. The yearling turned and looked at the other yearling and growled. That's the same human as last time... She thought. Pepper watched, frozen as her pack members attacked the human, then got Coco free and ran. The young border collie shook her head, and ran after her friends, dodging cars as she went. She caught up with them panting, she turned around and looked back at the way they came.

[Seaspray]

Blaze caught his breath, his eyes wide. Every time he saw a human, he thought about life as a fighting dog, and that was a horror to think about. Even the memories felt all too real.

Winter took a deep breath. "We can't go back there." She confirmed. "We can't go back to the house. The humans have discovered us."

[Lightning]

"I will go back with two others to get the food late tonight." Golda said as she reached the pack.

Coco let out a soft whimper. "Im sorry." she said flattening her ears, "Its all my fault."

[Snowflower]

Rocky sighed. "Well, at least no one got caught."he said. "But yes, we have a find a new home."

[Seaspray]

Winter shook her head at the brown yearling. "No, its not your fault. I should have known that humans would find out about us eventually." She growled.

[Dawn]

"Where are we going to go now?" Pepper asked worriedly. She looked around at the alley trying to figure out where they were heading.

[Seaspray]

Winter looked at Pepper with sad icy blue eyes. "We have two options: live a nomadic lifestyle, or find a new den." She sighed. "Let's take a pack vote. Either way, we're staying here for the night."

[Lightning]

Coco felt relived that Winter didnt blame her. "I say find a new den." she barked softly.

Golda sighed. "I dont care where we go." she said

[Seaspray]

Winter nodded. "Anyone else?" She asked.

Blaze perked his ears. "I say we live nomadically." He yipped. "I'm sick and tired of being stuck in a house all day, although I guess it's safer."

[Snowflower]

Rocky looked at Golda and Blaze. "I say find a new den. And if we find two in the process, we use that as a safety den I guess."said Rocky.

[Seaspray]

Winter nodded. "Good idea, Rocky." She yipped. "What about you, Pepper?" She fixed her icy blue eyes on the border collie yearling.

[Dawn]

Pepper listened to the others vote. She looked at Winter when she called out her name. The yearling looked down and sigh, "I agree with Rocky and Coco. I really don't want to go running around where the humans can pick us up as soon as they see us." Pepper says looking at the others.

[Seaspray]

Skylar came up from behind the dogs, her tail swishing gently behind her. "I agree. The safest option is to find a new den." She mewed(BTW anyone can roleplay Skylar, kinda like a shared character).

Winter smiled at the black cat, glad that her friend had tagged along. She turned to the pack and nodded slowly. "Okay, we'll search for a new den first thing tomorrow. But let's stay here in this alley for the night." She declared.

[Lightning]

Coco nodded. "Ok Winter." she said before climbing into a box that lay on its side with enough room for the 3 yearlings. She curled up and drifted off to sleep.

Golda sighed. "Winter do you want to go back with me for the food? You can come too Rocky if you want." she said.

[Snowflower]

"Of course."he smiled. "Shall we be off now?"he asks.

[Seaspray]

(I think I'm gonna have Blaze crush on one of the other yearlings, either Coco or Pepper)

"Yes." Winter replied to Rocky's question, nodding. "Golda, since you thought of the idea, you lead the way." She yipped.

Skylar crawled under a large trash container and slept there.

Blaze saw that there was room in the box and curled up beside Coco. He sighed and fell asleep.

[Dawn]

Pepper smiled and then yawned. She need some rest and found that the rest of the yearlings were already asleep in a box. She saw that there was room for one more dog and the young border collie walked over there tiredly and lied down in the box. She feel asleep fast.

[Snowflower]

Rocky smiled. "Yeah, you lead the way Golda."he said like a puppy would. "Hmm...three pure breeds eh?"he thought silently to himself.

[Seaspray]

(lol actually Golda Red has some siberian husky in her)

Winter waited for Golda to lead the way.

Blaze sighed happily in his sleep. It was a cold night, a far cry from the warmth and insulation of the house. Surrounded by the fur of his friends, however, he was cozy.

[Lightning]

Coco felt the other yearlings curl up in the box with her and she shifted. Her brown head ended up on Blazes back and she slept.

Golda bowed her head to Winter. "Lets go." she said. She turned and lead the way back the way they had come. She used their fading scent trails to help lead her in the darkness and she paused often shearching for humans.

[Snowflower]

Rocky ran after Golda. He could scent the humans nearby. The license around his neck jingled a bit, making a quiet thumping sound.

Winter trotted after Golda Red. She looked at Rocky as she did so. "What on the streets(XD made that up) is that thing around your neck?" The siberian husky had never really noticed it until now.

Blaze was slightly aware in his sleep of Coco's head resting on his back. Without really knowing why, he felt a strange feeling blossom in his chest, and a small smile appeared on his muzzle. The pitbull beagle mix didn't know that this was love; back in the fighting kennels, love was a feeling that the dogs have learned to resist long ago.

[Lightning]

"Were here." Golda said stopping. They were in an allyway accross from the house. She looked both ways and sniffed the air. "Nothing lets go." she barked. The german shepard female raced accross the road and quickly checked out the area around the house.

Coco shifted closer to Blaze. She was drawn to the pitbull begal mix and she felt her heart swell when she saw him. She didnt know much about love because the only love she had ever gotten was before she started training and that was around six months ago from her mother, siblings and father. Still alseep she nuzzled the other yearling gently.

[Seaspray]

Winter sniffed around the house. She eventually uncovered that bread and apples that Heike found earlier and some scraps from Rocky. She looked at Golda and Rocky, wondering what that would find.

Blaze continued to grin in his sleep, dreaming of the foreign feeling called love.

[Lightning]

Golda sniffed the air and padded over to a small hole in a wall where she pulled out the meat and the bones Coco found. She managed to grip most of the meat in her mouth and blinked at the others.
