This roleplay topic takes place in bustling city full of humans. Some of these humans are well-meaning and will feed you, but others will try to catch you or even kill you. The metal monsters that rule the city will hunt you. As a stray dog living on the streets, you may join a pack or strike out on your own. Either way, beware; a dog's life is a fight for survival.

Current Events: Pepper, Coco, and Blaze are now old enough for their ranks. Sophie has joined the pack.

"Coco was hit by a car."he said. "Then a dog catcher caught the two. I got them out and here we are."he said.

[Lightning]

Coco let out a soy whimper as she was put in a cage by humans with Blaze beside her. When Rocky opened it she couldn't walk due to her leg and she let him carry her back to the den. Seeing Winter growl and bristle she started letting out shiniest of fear an pain as Rocky told the female husky what had happened. "It hurts." the brown yearling said. Her brown eyes shearched for Blaze who had refused to leave her side.

[color=red] Golda growled at the dogs though her anger was at the humans. "Why can't they just leave us apnea?" she asked shackling her head.[\color]

[Snowflower]

"I saw my owners as well."he murmured. "She needs help though..."he said. "What do we do?"he said pacing around. It was Coco and his owners on his mind now. How to help Coco and why his owners were there.

[Breeze]

Blue listened to the dogs' explanation of the situation. I thought I smelled humans and gas[from the cars] she thought.

A brief flash of worry flashed in Winter's icy blue eyes but she concealed it quickly. She couldn't let the pack lose confidence. "Does anyone have healing experience?" She demanded once again.

Blaze padded up to Coco and nuzzled her reassuringly. "You'll be fine." He whined, although he wasn't sure if he believed it himself.

Riley turned the corner at a brisk trot, his tail hung low and his jaws open as he panted. His stomach snarled and he tried to ignore the hunger that tore at his stomach he turned yet another corner. He stopped dead as he scented the other strays at the abandoned human den. He let out a low growl and continued walking forward slowly as he smelled blood but he relaxed suddenly seeing the strays. They didn't look to mean or aggressive and he could instantly see that one was injured. He trotted forward tensely as he did not know if they were aggressive or not and he eyed the injured yearling, "I wonder if I could help," he thought, remembering the time when he was a pup and he had broke a leg and he ended up having to go to the vet.

Blaze saw the newcomer and pulled back his lips to reveal sharp canines, feeling protective over the other yearling (Coco). "This isn't your territory!" He snarled.

Winter nudged Blaze as a warning to calm down and trotted up to the stranger. Her ears were pricked foward confidently and in a dominant fashion. "Winter, alphess of the Street Survivors." She said. "Who are you?"

Bella stared at the plastic white bag with the blue words, "Wallmart" written on it. The human male clutched the bag in his hand as he barked into a small square device that he held to his ear. Bella growled lowly, muscles tense as she waited to make her move from the alleyway. She perked around the building as he came closer and she narrowed her eyes, bunching her legs under her, ready to leap forward. Finally the male walked ahead of her. Bella smiled and lept forward and siezed the bag in her jaws, shoving past the male almost knocking him over. She herd his snarls as she raced ahead and the crack of the humans device as it hit the concrete when the person dropped it, breaking it in two. She couldn't help but smile as she raced ahead with the meaty scenting bag, her stomach snarling at hunger and her mouth watering at the smell of steak, she kept running for a while, avoiding humans as she did. "I bet I could run forever!" She thought. She only stopped as she raced past a large black dog[Riley], she slowed down to a complete stop a few paces from Winter who she guessed the leader of the strays she saw behind the fae

Winter almost doubled over in surprise as a female street dog appeared as well. What's up with all these dogs coming here? The Siberian husky thought. She turned to the dog and said. "Er...name's Winter, alphess of Street Survivors."

Riley cleared his throat, just about to state his name, while glaring at the younger dog[Blaze], when the saluki darted past him, almost pushing him over. Luckily he was so big bulky and fat, that he barely wobbled though he gave a loud obnoxious snort, barely keeping back a growl in his throat when he froze, his mouth dripping with saliva as he scented the fresh clean store bought steak inside the bag that the female dog held in her jaws tightly. He then remembered he needed to say his name. "I'm Riley." He said in a deep smooth voice, mouth still watering though he managed to rip his gaze from the terrific scenting bag. He added quickly, " I, um... Was wondering if I could join your pack." He said respectfully, just realizing that he really did want the loyalty and company of a pack. His olive green eyes not meeting Winters and his head lowed, ears flat, and tail still in the dirt.

"Sure." Winter grunted in reply to Riley. "Now at least act like you've got some confidence. What rank do ya want?"

"oh ok, er thanks," Riley said standing to his full height, raising his head and eyes meeting Winters. "I would like to be a warrior" he said hollowly, glance flickering over to the wolves behind Winter then back to Winters face

Bella held back a chuckle as she saw Winters suprise and she flicked her tail, rolling her eyes playfully at the big black male who she now knew as Riley. She dropped her sack, letting it drop onto the concrete sidewalk before she barked, "My names Bella!" Her gaze drifted to the other strays as she heard Riley ask for a pack, "I wonder if Winter will except him" she thought, her question answered moments later. "I, to, would also like to join your pack." she said and looked back down at the sack she had stolen. "And if its ok, i would also like to be a food scout," she added, before dipping her nose into the sack and picking up a sealment of raw steak in her jaws. She eyed Winter, waiting for her answer. "I can give her this steak if she axcepts" Bella thought, knowing she got off on the wrong foot with Winter when she ran up right to her and startled her

Coco whimpered as the new dogs appeared. Reaching out with one paw she touched Blaze to draw his attention back to her. Her small brown body started to shiver as shcok set in.

Golda snarled at the new dogs. "I am Golda Red FlameDash, Beta Female of the pack. I am also a warrior." she said looking at Riley and Bella.

Riley growled lowly at Golda, his eyes turning on her with a glare. He stared at her before retorting "Im Riley" he snorted loudly and his eyes met Winters again and then he looked to Bella. He stared at the meat sealed into the package and gave another snort befor turning and padding to the side of the side walk, he sat with a large thud in the dirt, his mouth open as he started to pant lightly again, his long hick fur keeping him over warm

Golda bared her fangs at the black dog. They glistened in the light and her eyes narrowed. The german shepard fought hard with herself not to leap and tear into the rude dog.

Riley held back another snort as he saw Golda bare her fangs at him, knowing that he shouldn't growl at her, he gave a sigh, "sorry" he muttered. Though he still felt angry that she could snarl at him but he couldn't growl back. He gave a huff, suddenly realizing that being a pack member would be harder than earlier thought, what with the showing respect and having to cower to higher ranks or otherwise be called upon as a retaliate. He flicked his ears and lied down, head on paws and dirty coat ruffled, he watched the strays carefully as he tried to guess the scene.

Golda covered her fangs as Riley cowered before her. "Accepted. Even if you are in the pack next time I will attack." she growled before stalking off.

Riley stared after her angry at himself, knowing that how he introduced himself to both her and Winter had set him on the wrong foot. He sighed and stood to his paws and turned around, back facing to the wolves he lied down heavily and closed his eyes as he stayed in deep thought, now he ignored the dogs totally.

Bellas eyes darted from Golda to Riley and back to Golda as Riley lied down. She was just about to bark her name so Golda would know when she stormed off. Bella sighed and gave a frown as she waited to be accepted or declied

Riley's stomach snarled loudly and he gave a grunt and stood to his paws. His ears flickered and he padded forward untill he was just to the side of the road. His ears perked for the sound of a car uproaching and his paws were placed firmly so he could feel the rumble if a car was coming. He looked both ways and seeing, hearing, smelling, or feeling no cars coming, he darted across. He looked back across the road before flicking his tail and trotting forward. He stuck close to the buildings so he couldnt be seen as he stayed in the shadows so humans wouldnt see him. He finally stopped at the dump and he put his nose to the ground, scenting for any food.

[Breeze]

Seeing all the newer dogs coming, she felt awkward and uncomfortable. Seeing the dog Riley move away and dig around in a dumpster, Blue took the oppertunity to get away from the clearing that seemed to be suffocating her. Finding another trashcan she knocks it over, taking a hunk of ham. Picking it up in her mouth, she trots to the street and crosses quickly, seeing a car not too far away. Reaching Rileys' alley, she flings the ham at him. "Try this." The Collie says, then pads up to the same dumpster. Blue hops in, digging around for something for something to eat herself.

Winter rolled her eyes at Golda and Riley's argument. She looked at Bella. "Accepted." She woofed gruffly and trotted down an alleyway. It was no wonder she was in a bad mood--dogs were being rude, and a yearling was injured.

Blaze licked Coco's cheek, oblivious to what was going on around him. He finally snapped back into reality and turned to the other dogs. "No time to fight!" He growled. "We must help Coco!"

Bella watched after Winter,"Thanks,"she muttered before turning and trotting into the yard, she sighed and lied down in the dirt. Her eyes closed, her muddy pelt disty, she ignored her feelings and tried to get some sleep as she close her eyes. But Bella opened them as she heared the yearling[Blaze] bark she got up and trotted aways to see but she didnt say anything as she new nothing of herbs

Riley looked up as a black and white fae spoke to him he saw her toss the ham at him and he smiled, his tail wagging faintly though he was confused at her kindness"Thank you!" He said quitly and picked the ham up in his jaws as the fae left. He trotted over to the corner of the building and he lied down in the shadows, he sit the ham in front of him and started knawing on it, wanting to savor it. However he couldnt control himself and he picked up and kind of tossed it above him. He caught it in his jaws with a smack and scarfed it down. He sniffed the ground for any more and snorted when there was none, he licked his muzzle and stood up before racing across the road to a new place to sleep, he wasnt quite sure if he would call it a home yet
